The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, ambitious individual to join us in driving the company forward.
You will be responsible for the following:
* The role entails taking leads and converting them into sales. Maximising sales and profitability by achieving outstanding sales results.
* Lead generation and liaising with Showroom Manager to manage leads, diary bookings etc.
* Liaising with our Factory Manager to ensure job spec. and designs are clear prior to production.
* Scheduling, managing and co-ordinating sales appointments.
* Diary management and effective time management.
* Being responsible for client / customer relationships over the period of the sale and providing an exceptional after-sales service.
* Providing customer with accurate design and quote.
* Delivering high quality customer service. Being highly responsive to customer needs, thereby creating an outstanding shopping experience for the customer.
* Maintaining the strong customer focus and ethos of the company. Promoting our company in a professional manner.
* Developing a continuous pipeline of new sales leads and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:-
* A carpentry/cabinet-making background is essential
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience ideally in kitchen/bedroom sales.
* Must enjoy working in a sales targeted environment.
* Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good product knowledge is essential.
* Technical drawing skills for bespoke furniture is a distinct advantage.
* Previous customer service or customer facing experience an advantage.
* A "Can Do Will Do attitude".
* Excellent organisational skills/time management.
* Be able to manage his/her time effectively and be good at working under pressure.
* Must be customer focused and enjoy taking ownership of on-going customer issues from start to successful completion with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction.
This position may also suit skilled cabinet maker who has the ambition and drive to succeed in Sales.
Please note that this is not an office based role- You will be out and about meeting our clients face to face.
Must have full clean driving licence The successful candidate will be required to travel, however the main areas to be covered will be KILDARE, Dublin and surrounding areas.
