As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and attending stakeholder meetings. You will document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Your duties will also include preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings, ensuring project deadlines are met, determining project changes, providing administrative support as needed, undertaking project tasks, developing project strategies, assessing project risks and issues, and evaluating stakeholder views to ensure the best solution.
The successful candidate will have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. They must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience using computers for various tasks and be able to work under tight deadlines.
