We are seeking a skilled Account Development Representative with expertise in Swedish to join our team. As an Account Development Representative, you will create winning campaigns and outreach strategies, qualify potential clients with the latest qualification methodologies, and showcase how our product can transform their business.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating lasting and beneficial relationships with stakeholders, identifying client needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions. You will also be expected to explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas, and present product value to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions, and pain points.
* Qualify potential clients with the latest qualification methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
* Track record of achieving sales quotas.
* 6-12 months of outbound Business Development or sales experience.
* Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
