The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of all mechanical works on major industrial and commercial sites across Europe.

Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical installation works Deliver daily/weekly work programmes in line with project timelines Manage subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance This Mechanical Site Manager will oversee commissioning activities with project teams and vendors Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, standards, and QA/QC processes Enforce a strong health & safety culture, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS compliance Requirements This Mechanical Site Manager will need 5+ years experience in mechanical installation or site management Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical building services Experience delivering mechanical systems on large commercial/industrial/data centre projects Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar Valid safety certifications (Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS, or equivalents) Benefits Salary: €*******k DOE Generous living away allowance provided by the company Single occupancy accommodation and utility bills provided Regular return flights Excellent career progression opportunities Pension contribution Laptop provided If you are a Mechanical Site Manager who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
