We are seeking a dynamic and experienced After Sales Commercial Manager to join our team at Toyota & Lexus Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Value Chain, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our After Sales profitability through maximising both vehicle lifetime value and customer lifetime value revenue streams across our passenger and commercial vehicle ranges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry and have a proven track record in After Sales management. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Value Chain, this role requires using the RUARIC values of Toyota Ireland to achieve business results. Lead and inspire the After Sales commercial team, providing support to the Toyota & Lexus Ireland dealer network and coordinating on agreed priorities. Partner with Toyota and Lexus dealer networks to grow the After Sales business through various activities and programmes, with a focus on: Parts per UIO Accessories per NCS performance KPI Performance and Programme Usage eHVC Performance Toyota/Lexus Relax promotion and performance Develop and implement a Parts and Accessory Pricing Strategy in collaboration with TME and the Finance Department to ensure profitability at both Toyota Ireland and dealer network. Oversee dealer visits by After Sales Area Managers, ensuring key priorities and KPIs are addressed and actions documented for follow-up. Conduct monthly dealer reviews with After Sales Area Managers, identifying key areas for improvement and setting clear, actionable goals to enhance performance. Manage relationships with Toyota Motor Europe and other NMSCs to secure the best outcomes for Toyota Ireland and the dealer network. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and execute an After Sales marketing strategy. Ensure efficient Parts and Accessory supply for Toyota Ireland and the dealer network, working with Sales, Marketing, and Lexus Departments to boost sales. Manage the Parts enquiry process to ensure efficiency in answering dealer queries through liaison with Toyota Motor Europe. Drive innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the After Sales experience for customers. Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for Parts and Accessories revenue and profit. Contribute to the After Sales Management team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Other duties as required based upon company priorities. Any other reasonable task requested by senior Manager or Director. Skills & Experience: Proven track record in After Sales Management for a minimum of three years. Strong commercial acumen. Previous experience in managing a team. Analytical and inventive problem-solving skills. An excellent knowledge of the modern motor industry, including all relevant KPIs. Previous experience in managing departmental budgets and forecasts. Strategic planning skills including use of Kaizen / PDCA process. Excellent communication skills including strong presentation skills. Coaching and motivation skills. Ambitious and driven in their outlook. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel, PowerPoint, etc. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach.
