About Your New Job As an Internal Sales Specialist you will be handling Inbound and Outbound Calls managing new and existing customers, addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently. Welcome customers to the showroom and engage in direct face-to-face sales, ensuring a positive customer experience. Input orders accurately and ensure timely processing, maintaining high standards of data accuracy. Generate business through outbound calls, meeting defined targets and identifying opportunities to upsell products. Collaborate with the Account Management team to manage lower-level customer bases and identify sales development opportunities. What Skills You Need 2 years of experience in a similar role or in B2B sales. Target-driven with a strong passion for sales.
