We are hiring experienced Food & Beverage Operations Managers for 4- and 5-star hotels across Ireland. This role is perfect for a driven professional ready to lead F&B teams across restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring top service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily F&B operations across outlets including restaurants, bars, and banqueting
* Assist with budgets, cost control, and profitability
* Collaborate with kitchen teams on menus and quality
* Maintain high service and food standards
* Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff
* Coordinate weddings, conferences, and events
* Manage suppliers and stock control
* Keep up with industry trends and suggest improvements
Requirements
* 2+ years’ experience in F&B management in a 4- or 5-star hotel
* Strong operational knowledge of food service, bars, and events
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Passionate about guest experience
* Flexible for evenings, weekends, and events
