We're known for keeping projects clean, safe, and efficient, and we're looking for a hands-on foreman who shares our teamwork values and can help us deliver quality results every time.
The Contract
This is a full-time permanent role based on a 48-hour contract. The Company guarantees pay for 48 hours per week. Working time will always remain in compliance with the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 (average weekly working hours not exceeding 48).
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, contributing to public safety, and being part of a reliable, skilled crew.
You will:
· Set up and remove traffic management equipment such as cones, barriers, and signage
· Direct and control traffic around work zones to ensure the safety of workers and the public
· Assist in implementing traffic management plans as directed by the supervisor
· Monitor traffic flow and site conditions, reporting any hazards or issues to the supervisor
· Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including wearing required PPE
· Attend training sessions to stay up to date with traffic management procedures and legislation

Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
· Full Clean B or C EU or Irish Driver's Licence
· CSCS: Signing & Lighting, Mini Digger, Dumper
· Experience in traffic management or construction work
