Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence. Develop and implement account strategies to support client retention and growth. Actively identify and engage with potential new clients to support business development objectives. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate advisory services tailored to client needs. Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. Support the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and strategic reviews. Candidate Profile: A third-level qualification, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, client services, recruitment or business development within a professional services or B2B environment. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value to clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
