Job Description:

Trulioo is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As the primary administrator for our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, you will be responsible for daily configuration, user management, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, record types, reports & dashboards.
\
You will work closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to maintain a best-in-class CRM environment that supports Trulioo's rapid expansion.
\
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Cloud, strong practical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, and a solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
\

\
1. Serve as primary administrator for Trulioo's Salesforce Sales Cloud environment
\
2. Own daily configuration, user management, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, record types, reports & dashboards
\
3. Monitor system performance and data quality, performing regular audits and cleanse activities
\
4. Support and optimize Salesforce CPQ processes (products, bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, approvals)
\
5. Gather requirements from business stakeholders; translate process needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
\
6. Design and deliver declarative automations including Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
\
7. Partner with RevOps and IT on system integrations and data migrations
\
8. Document changes and maintain best practices around release management and change control
\
9. Provide end-user training and support to help drive system adoption
\
\Required Skills and Qualifications:
\

\
10. 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Cloud
\
11. Strong practical expertise in Salesforce CPQ
\
12. Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing
\
13. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
\
14. Thriving at working in a fast-paced, cross-functional SaaS environment
