About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality education to children with Autism. The successful candidate will work closely with the teacher to implement and deliver Individual Education Plans, promoting a caring, fun, and safe environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach and tutor children with Autism, utilizing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote learning and development.
* Assist the teacher in providing a structured and supportive environment, encouraging communication and social skills in children.
* Work collaboratively with the behaviour support team to reduce inappropriate behaviours and increase acceptable ones, adhering to established protocols.
* Deliver early intervention education to enable children to reach long-term goals, develop basic life skills, and achieve independence.
* Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, capturing relevant data as per the ABA behaviour plan.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Degree in a related field such as Montessori Education, Primary Education, or Social Care. Experience working with children or ABA is highly desirable. You must also be eligible to register with the Teaching Council of Ireland under the Further Education Section.
Working Hours: Part-time positions are available for the Academic Year, with varied schedules across different locations.
Skills and Qualifications: Level 8 or 9 qualification required. Strong teamwork and energy levels essential for this dynamic role.
