Product Innovation Manager
We are seeking a Product Innovation Manager to lead the development and evolution of our food range. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to drive the creation, development, and rollout of exciting products across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead cross-functional teams in product innovation, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
2. Create and test new products, ensuring authenticity, quality, and retail suitability.
3. Standardise recipes, portioning, and production methods to ensure consistency across locations.
4. Oversee the day-to-day operation from a quality and product standards perspective.
5. Work closely with senior management on menu planning, innovation, and customer-driven product improvements.
6. Ensure new product launches are delivered smoothly, including supplier sourcing, costings, and training plans.
7. Manage food cost control and margin targets while maintaining authentic flavours and presentation.
8. Train and support site teams on new recipes, preparation methods, and service standards.
9. Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
10. Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
