Intelvision is looking for an experienced Cold Calling Manager to drive outbound lead generation in the German-speaking market (DACH region).

This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in B2B cold calling who can tailor pitches for different industries and confidently engage with decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

— Make targeted outbound calls to decision-makers in IT and construction industries;

— Qualify leads and update CRM with relevant insights;

— Tailor pitches for two directions: outstaffing services and IT product for construction;

— Book meetings for Sales Managers and Account Executives;

— Collaborate with BizDev/Sales teams and share feedback for process improvement;

— Track KPIs and maintain accurate data in CRM;

Requirements:

— Native or near-native German (C1+); good English for internal communication;

— 3-4+ years of B2B cold calling experience, ideally in the DACH region;

— Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills;

— Experience working with CRMs and outreach tools (LinkedIn, calling/email platforms);

— Proven ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging;

Would be a plus:

— Background in IT outsourcing/outstaffing or SaaS product sales;

— Knowledge of construction industry workflows;

— Understanding of GDPR compliance in sales communication;
