This is a short-term, high-impact opportunity to represent customer needs, run focused research, and influence product strategy at pace.The OfferDuration: until Dec 2025 (~2-3 months)Location: Dublin office, hybrid (2-3 days on-site); remote considered within Ireland for right candidatePay: up to €130,000 per year, pro-rated and paid weekly via Principle HRWhat you'll doRepresent customers across discovery, design validation and adoption.Plan & execute research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, participatory design).Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.Deliver artefacts (personas, jobs-to-be-done, user journeys, task analyses).Partner with Product and Design stakeholders to steer direction.Mentor and champion research across the team.What you'll bring8+ years in UX research with enterprise-scale products.Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.A strong portfolio of case studies showing research impact.Confidence with both qualitative and quantitative methods.Excellent stakeholder and presentation skills.How to applySend your CV and portfolio or apply here.
