About You:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality strategy work. As a Strategic Planning Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the annual multi-year Strategic Planning Process and developing the consolidated 3 year Integrated Strategic Plan to the highest standards set out in the SPP Playbook.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional SPP meetings and facilitate workshops to ensure the delivery of key outputs as part of the SPP.
* Engage with First Line and Second Line Risk colleagues to develop a comprehensive view of the risk environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Promote a culture of strategic decision making and continuous execution of the bank's strategic direction throughout the Group Strategy & Performance Function.
* Mentor, coach, and develop team members through well-defined job descriptions and regular performance reviews.
* Develop and manage key relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership teams, to refine and prioritize strategic initiatives and enablers identified in the Integrated Strategic Plan.
Requirements:
* 5+ years post-third-level qualification professional business experience.
* Strong project management skills, ability to manage others, and deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Excellent research and analytical abilities, good working knowledge of analytical tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
* Genuine passion for delivering high-quality strategy work and ambition to both learn and grow in the role, and to develop others.
* A strategic mindset with proven ability to influence and manage challenging stakeholders at Executive, Board, and senior level.
