Technical Service Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to provide expert support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment in laboratory settings.
* Deploy technical expertise to ensure seamless on-site equipment installation and commissioning.
* Maintain high standards of product performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
* Resolve software or firmware issues and upgrade systems as required.
* Deliver comprehensive training and support services to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
* Proven experience in a technical service role, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Possess a valid EU driving license and be willing to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally abroad.
* Hold a relevant NFQ Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Mechatronic, or HVAC Engineering.
* Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with diagnostic tools and reporting systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing workload effectively.
