Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to a busy finance team with five partners.
* File maintenance: opening, closing and archiving files.
* Administration of new clients including KYC and AML checks, conflict checks and updating client contact details on the firm's database.
* Billing including drafting narratives and preparation of invoices.
* Preparation of documents in line with house style.
