Electrical Estimation Lead Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimation Lead to join our team. As a key member of the estimating department, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the full estimating process.
The ideal candidate will have relevant electrical qualifications and at least 5 years' experience working as an Electrical Estimator on MV/HV projects. They should also have experience working in Ireland or the UK and be eligible to work in Ireland without a work permit.
* Lead and coordinate the full estimating process ensuring bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with commercial strategy.
As well as being able to lead teams effectively, candidates must also be comfortable working independently when required. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal stakeholders such as project managers, estimators etc., prioritizing incoming bid opportunities based on scope timelines risk
