**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Insurance Apprentice to join our team. This role involves handling and maintaining insurance policies for clients, ensuring accurate documentation and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Service customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, and general administration
* Handle and maintain insurance policies for clients, including reviewing policy details and ensuring accurate documentation
* Demonstrate high customer service standards by engaging with customers and meeting their expectations
* Collaborate with underwriters to assess risks and review policy terms and conditions
About the Role:
This is a 3-year programme that includes on-the-job experience and completion of CIP qualifications and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Insurance Practice (Apprenticeship). You will receive a tailored induction plan and be assigned a business supervisor for support throughout the scheme.
Accountabilities of the Role:
* Maintain accurate records and databases of insurance policies, claims, and related documentation
* Generate reports and analysis related to policy performance and customer trends
* Comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
