What You’ll Do:
* Maintain production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues quickly and effectively.
* Perform preventative maintenance and assist with new equipment commissioning.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and drive performance.
* Maintain accurate documentation and stock levels for spare parts.
* Train new technicians as required.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated individuals with a strong mechanical or technical aptitude, ideally with experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Knowledge of automation, pneumatics, robotics, or regulated manufacturing is a bonus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The role is suited to individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their own initiative. A qualification in a technical field or relevant industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
