JOB PURPOSE
The mission of the Graduate Operations Specialist is to support the Operations team in the manufacturing of products to enhance the Safety, quality, service, growth and value for local & Global Orthopedics supply.
The main responsibility will be to work as part of the Operations Team under the guidance of a Team Lead / Value Stream Manager while participating in the Campus Ireland Graduate program.
The role is based within the site Operations Team which serves the Knees, Hips and shoulder markets while supporting business growth, quality and projects.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Essential :
* Minimum Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business engineering or technology
* Recent graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026)
* Great attention to detail
* The ability to work well with a team & one-on-one team building
* The ability to adapt to change and develop skills to meet these changes.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
* Interest in developing skills, abilities, and career.
