Strategic Finance Leader
About the Role:
The organization seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead its finance function, driving financial strategy and planning across all group entities.
This senior leadership position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for overseeing accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.

* Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
* Lead the finance team in providing accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and advice to stakeholders.
* Partner with the CEO to define and drive the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
* Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and control, including ERP, BI, and reporting solutions.
* Manage funding and banking relationships, capital structure, and cash flow, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
* Evaluate and develop finance team talent, setting clear responsibilities, KPIs, and accountability measures.
* Provide strategic insight and advice to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
