Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the digital marketing/advertising industries Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience working in sales and pitching to clients.
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client and agency engagements.
Preferred qualifications: Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and promotions.
Experience managing partnerships.
Experience working in a fluid and collaborative environment.
Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.

About the job As the Strategic Agency Manager, you will leverage your executive collaborating skills to partner with performance media agencies.
You will focus on C-level stakeholder relationships and co-create business growth strategies with a portfolio of agencies by identifying and executing opportunities for growth.
You will also focus on increasing digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) agencies, driving scalable business growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts.
You will drive alignment on the allocation of the strategic resources for these agencies, to fuel your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, their customers, and to Google.

Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the agency lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
