The Radisson BLU Hotel, part of The iNUA Collection is now looking for a passionate and professional Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Efficiently check‑in and check‑out guests, processing payments and adhering to all company procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
* Manage switchboard operations, directing calls and providing information to guests.
* Maintain a well‑organised reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
* May assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within a hotel environment.
* A genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency with PMS like HotSoft and/or Opera.
