Qualifications
Experience of implementing and managing change including a strong track record of delivering ICT enabled change projects.
Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of budget planning, financial management and resource management processes.
Experience of managing project risks, issues and dependencies.
A good understanding of the healthcare system in Ireland, and the HSE Dublin North East region.
Access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role.
Flexibility in relation to working hours to fulfil the requirements of the role.
