* Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications are essential.
* Experience: We require 7+ years' experience in audit or advisory roles, preferably within a professional services firm.
* Client Management: Proven track record in managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional service.
* Leadership: Demonstrated leadership ability and experience developing teams.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development.
