Legal Secretary | D4 | €35-40K
A prominent client based in Dublin is currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team. In this role, you will support fee earners and perform various Legal Secretary duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
2. Dictaphone Typing: Transcribe dictations accurately.
3. Calendar Management: Manage and update solicitors’ calendars, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
4. Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling meetings or consultations.
5. File Management: Maintain and organize paper and electronic files, ensuring easy access to documents. Handle online registration of documentation.
6. Legal Research: Assist solicitors with legal research, document retrieval, and related tasks.
7. Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies as required.
8. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
9. Team Support: Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth workflows.
