We are seeking an experienced Leisure Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our leisure club, ensuring exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities. They will be responsible for:
* Assisting in the management of the leisure club, including the gym, pool, and other recreational amenities.
* Overseeing the team of leisure club staff, providing guidance and training to ensure outstanding guest service.
* Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all leisure facilities.
* Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Organising and promoting leisure club events, classes, and activities.
* Contributing to the achievement of sales targets through effective promotion of membership packages.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry is essential.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* A strength and conditioning or fitness-related qualification is desirable.
* Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
