Description
Chanelle Pharma is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Finance ERP Lead to oversee the successful implementation and optimisation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is critical in bridging finance operations and technology, ensuring that ERP solutions align with business goals and financial compliance standards.
Location: Onsite in our Loughrea Facility (5 Days Per Week)
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading end-to-end finance aspects of the ERP implementation, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Collaborating with finance process owners, the broader finance team, implementation partners, banking partners, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure robust process flow and design.
* Ensuring ERP solutions support financial reporting, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
* Managing cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet ERP milestones on time and within scope.
* Providing expertise on finance processes and controls, ensuring alignment with accounting standards.
* Leveraging ERP experience to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
* Developing training materials and leading user training sessions for finance teams.
* Collecting, analyzing, and working with stakeholders on master data to identify and address gaps.
Education & Experience:
* Over five years of senior finance experience, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environment.
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Experience leading or playing a key role in at least one full-cycle ERP rollout (SAP preferred).
* Experience with manufacturing costing models – Standard, Product.
* Strong understanding of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, treasury/cash management, and financial reporting.
* Excellent task management and stakeholder engagement skills.
