A key role that oversees daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and professionalism. This position requires a professional with experience in Sales and technical knowledge of Electric Motors, Pumps, and related equipment.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage office operations to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Lead customer-facing activities including order processing and account management.
* Provide technical sales support and recommendations to customers regarding electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and associated equipment.
* Liaise with engineering and workshop teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Drive business development initiatives and support the company's commercial strategy.
* Maintain high levels of organisation, team morale, and administrative accuracy.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or Sales Support role within an Industrial or Engineering environment.
* Strong understanding of Electric Motors, Pumps, and Electro-Mechanical Equipment is essential.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small, dynamic team.
* Proficiency with standard office software and experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
