Cleaner Role

\

Job description: We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas in the facility, including offices, kitchens, and rest areas.

\

Responsibilities:

\
\
1. Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards.
\
2. Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health guidelines (COSHH).
\
3. Report immediately any equipment which is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use.
\
4. Perform other cleaning duties as required.
\
5. Leads by example and lives our values.
\
6. Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
\
7. Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative.
\
8. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
\
9. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
\
10. The successful applicant's offer is subject to the Access NI (Enhanced) check prior to commencement of role.
\
11. The Access NI Code of Practice is available upon request.
\

81. Release Holiday allocation spreadsheet.
\
82. Ready end-of-month reports on portal & Resource Diary bookings.
\
83. Analysis of KPIs to identify trends.
\
84. Training on COSHH awareness.
\
85. Employee handbook review and update.
\
86. Monitoring of training schedules to ensure compliance.
\
87. Reports on employee survey results.
\
88. Provide expertise in payroll processes.
\
89. Update staff training calendars.
\
90. Review occupancy statistics for catering services.
\
91. Ongoing evaluation of reporting templates for facility operations.
\
92. Fundraising campaigns planning and execution.
\
93. Community engagement activities planning.
\
94. Health and Safety Manager - No tasks assigned.

95. Arranging site visits for suppliers.

96. Compilation of site guides for incoming visitors.
\
