They are currently seeking an Experienced Stores Manager to oversee their inventory and supply operations. Are you the right person for the job? Previous experience as a Stores Manager Excellent spoken and written English is essential Proven experience in Computerised Stock Control, preferably using Pegasus Opera Strong purchasing and ordering skills to keep inventory running smoothly What will your role look like? Oversee the day-to-day running of the store and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods Maintain accurate stock levels using a computerised stock control system (preferably Pegasus Opera) Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies and carrying out regular stock audits Handle purchasing and reordering of stock, ensuring timely replenishment of inventory based on demand and supplier lead times Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve order or stock issues Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards Produce regular reports on stock levels, turnover, and order status for management Train and supervise store staff (if applicable), ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy Support continuous improvement in stock management processes and cost efficiencies What can you expect in return? 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Training and progression opportunities can be discussed Interview Process The interview process will include an application form submission, followed by a telephone interview, and then a face-to-face or Zoom meeting.
