Option to work remotely* / hybrid (please see specific details below).Option to work 4 or 5 days per week.Firm details:Our client is a boutique law firm punching above its weight in terms of corporate transactions and quality of client work.The position:They are now interested in speaking to Corporate Lawyers with the following experience:• M&A Transactions: Act as the primary legal point of contact for the end-to-end execution of Mergers and Acquisitions.• Share Purchase Agreements and Asset Purchase Agreements - drafting & negotiation and preparing ancillary documents including Disclosure Letters, Shareholders' Agreements, Disclosure Schedules, and Transitional Service Agreements.• Legal Due Diligence• Corporate Governance: Advise on board resolutions, shareholder approvals, and compliance with statutory filings related to transactions.• Experience of working closely with tax advisors, financial consultants, and cross-functional teams• Proven experience in both buying and selling businesses across various industries.• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines and lead "closing calls" with confidence.• The ability to provide legal advice that considers the broader business objectives, not just the legal risks.This opportunity will suit an experienced Corporate Lawyer with min. 5 years pqe.*Please note, the remote/hybrid working arrangements are as follows:• The first two months, you must be available to attend the office (in Munster) perhaps once per week, or every two weeks, this is for training purposes.• Following this, you must be available to attend the office one or twice per month.• Our client is open to someone work 4 or 5 days per week, depending on their experience. 3 days will not work for this role.**You must be living in Ireland and qualified in this jurisdication to be considered for this position**Interviews will take place in January.Please reach out to Sarah Kelly, Partner, The Panel, to discuss.
