Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff and customers with product-related issues.
* Act as a product expert in controls, software, hardware, DDC, and BMS integration of our full portfolio of products.
* Provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff across Sales, Projects, and Service departments.
