With our sustainable concepts and experience gained from decades of project work, we shape the future of transportation, connect continents, and promote environmental stewardship.We are currently seeking a Senior Planning Manager to work with us on a project in Ireland.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules and baselines, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelinesContinuously monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables, promptly reporting deviations or issues to leadership and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize scheduling activities across all project phasesUpdate and manage project management tools and databases to ensure accurate and timely reportingFacilitate clear communication among all stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory agenciesProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to safeguard outcomesEnsure full compliance with regulations, standards, best practice scheduling methodologiesOffer expert scheduling insights and strategic recommendations to support project objectivesPrepare essential project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and performance analysesMonitor critical path items, advise on corrective actions, and oversee cost forecasts, budget tracking, work valuations, and accruals for accurate financial reportingManage information requirements from delivery teams, ensuring data accuracy and strategic useCompile summary reports to highlight key project issues, risks, milestones, required actionsSupport project managers and teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined objectivesPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in project control activities in large-scale metro rail projects or similar highly complex projectsAt least Bachelor degree (Honours Bachelor Degree) (or equivalent) in relevant subject area e.g. Project Management, Business Administration or similarCertification as Project Management Professional (PMP)Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices and systems is desirable, preferably within the construction sectorPrevious experience in a similar position in Project ManagementStrong project management abilities and comprehensive knowledge of project management principlesEffective stakeholder engagement and relationship managementProficiency with document management systems, databases, and relevant softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExpertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigationStrong collaboration and teamwork with multidisciplinary groupsProblem-solving ability to address issues and keep projects on trackExperience in quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet standardsFlexibility and adaptability to changing requirementsStrong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skillsResults-driven approach to maintain high-quality serviceOur offerProfessional Development: We’re strong believers in continual training and development for our people.
