The Role: We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our agile development team. As a key member of a co-located scrum team, you will collaborate with software engineers, quality assurance engineers, and the product owner to deliver essential customer features for our Java-based applications.
Purpose of Your Role: You will play a crucial part in delivering key customer features by working closely with the scrum team. Your responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, resolving issues, promoting Agile practices, and communicating progress to both technology and business partners.
Experience:
* 5+ years as a Systems Analyst.
* Innovative and works well within a team.
* Capable of working under minimal supervision with colleagues at all levels.
* Familiarity with Agile development practices.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to navigate through uncertainty and change.
* Partner with the squad lead and delivery team to meet customer needs.
* Effectively gather and document requirements and solutions.
* Identify and resolve issues efficiently.
