About this role
As an Oracle Applications Solution Architect, you will play a key part in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients. This is a challenging but highly fulfilling role that offers the opportunity to further develop your range of consulting and Oracle skills.
Your responsibilities
* Lead the strategic design and implementation of Oracle applications (Finance or HCM depending on your skillset) for a variety of clients
* Develop and implement clients' business requirements while recommending appropriate best practice solutions
* Provide architectural oversight & leadership and technical guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and best practices
* Support/Drive the growth and development of our Oracle practice by leading internal team activities, participating in our global network, and facilitating external client events
* Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long-lasting, trusted client relationships
* Collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams to ensure successful delivery in an agile environment
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
* Stay informed of the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and related applications to ensure our solutions are innovative and up-to-date
About you
* A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Relevant experience within Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials and/or HCM - design, configuration, and development from projects or your own industry experience
* Broad knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem and the integration areas of Oracle applications with other modules and applications
* Proven end-to-end experience in implementing a minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials/HCM projects and associated deliverables
* Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements
* Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions
