Job Description:
We're looking for a reliable and friendly Laundrette Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for washing, drying, ironing and folding customers' laundry, as well as ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and completed on time. You will also be the face of our laundrette, greeting customers and assisting them with any questions or requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Wash, dry, fold, and iron customer laundry to a high standard
* Ensure all orders are correctly logged and tracked on dockets
* Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers
* Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organised
* Assist with any customer enquiries or concerns in a professional manner
* Process payments (cash or card) when required
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in ironing garments (preferred but not essential)
* Previous customer service experience (preferred)
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate well with customers
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
