**About the Role:**

Dublin Simon Community is seeking a strategic project manager to lead the implementation of a trauma-informed practice (TIP) framework across its services. This leadership role will drive cultural and systemic change by embedding trauma-informed principles into organisational culture, service delivery, staff development, and client engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
">
* Charing the project's Steering Group and reporting to the Group's Sponsor;
* Embedding trauma-informed principles into service delivery, staff development, and client engagement;
* Leading the initial two-year pilot programme focused on embedding trauma-informed practice across four key services within the organisation;
* Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers;
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders including service managers, frontline staff, HR, and training teams;
* Liaising with external consultants, funders, and trauma-informed care experts;
* Supporting teams through change processes, ensuring staff are engaged and supported;
* Oversight and ensure the changes are long lasting and reportable;

**Key Requirements:**

* Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate trauma-informed principles into practical, scalable actions;
* Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, frontline staff, and external partners;
* Skilled in monitoring progress, evaluating impact, and using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement;
* A values-driven leader with a flexible, proactive mindset and a commitment to learning, reflection, and inclusive leadership;
* A relevant third-level qualification in social care, psychology, health, education, community development, or a related field;
* Proven experience in leading or managing projects, programmes, or service development initiatives, ideally involving cultural or practice change;
