Due to continued growth and the introduction of new products, we are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers with medical device experience.
About Your New Job Provide daily support for products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production unit goals, including People & Safety, Quality, Service, NPE, Cost & Productivity.
Lead technical improvement initiatives under the teams VIP program and drive process improvement programs across people, service, quality, and cost dimensions.
Liaise with quality and engineering teams both internally and externally, participate in phase review processes, and support NPE meetings for new products.
Offer ongoing manufacturing support to help the team meet business objectives related to quality, output, and cost.
Maintain a valid capacity model in cooperation with the line Supervisor and plan for required capital in advance.
Provide leadership on Lean initiatives and offer technical guidance for the Process Technician, ensuring the preventative maintenance program is adequate and timely.
Develop and implement supporting documentation that complies with GMP, in conjunction with other team members.
Plan and support major projects, product/process transfers, and evaluate new equipment/processes/chemicals for environmental impact in conjunction with EHS.
What Skills You Need HETAC Level 8 qualification (240 ECTS points) in engineering or a relevant field.
Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong problem-solving, DOE, validation management (equipment and/or process), project management and continuous improvement.
