This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, managing a portfolio of SME clients, and overseeing a team to deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage corporate secretarial functions for international SME client portfolios to ensure robust business governance and regulatory compliancePrepare and maintain accurate statutory records including board resolutions, share transfer forms, and registers to uphold regulatory adherenceTrack and monitor statutory and regulatory deadlines to proactively maintain compliance and prevent penaltiesExecute electronic filing of corporate documents with various Companies Registries to maintain current and accurate legal recordsRespond promptly and professionally to client queries via email to sustain strong client relationships and high service qualityConduct Know Your Client (KYC) reviews by assessing application forms to verify client identities and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsPerform due diligence checks on new and existing clients to identify and mitigate potential compliance and business risksComplete ad-hoc assignments as directed to support team objectives and operational efficiencyRequired competencies and certificationsDiploma, Degree, or ICSA holder or currently pursuing ICSA certificationPreferred competencies and qualificationsProficient communication skills in both spoken and written English to effectively engage with clients and internal teams, supporting clear and professional interactionsStrong sense of responsibility and initiative to independently manage tasks and consistently meet deadlinesMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance processesAbility to prioritize workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced corporate service environmentCollaborative team player with the capability to work independently when requiredOther InformationWorking location: Jalan BesarWorking Hours/Day: Mon to Thu (9:30am – 6:30pm) | Fri (9:30am – 5:30pm)
