**Job Title:** Senior Care Manager
At our esteemed client's residential services for individuals with disabilities, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Manager to provide exceptional support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a social care setting, with a professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or a relevant qualification. They should also have experience in managing residential services, a Level 6 management qualification, and a full driving license with access to their own transport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the Person in Charge for existing services, ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards. They will work closely with our team to provide high-quality support to our clients and maintain the highest standards of care.
