Key responsibilities of the Estate Manager will include but not limited to:
* overseeing all aspects of the outdoor Estate operation, including training and rostering the Estate Team, scheduling regular maintenance and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout.
The ideal candidate for the Estate Manager role should:
* Proven experience in a similar role is essential- we are seeking applications from candidates with prior experience of managing the Estate/Grounds department of a 5 star resort.
* Possess a strong knowledge and passion for vehicle fleet.
* Experience of staff training, rotas, financial reporting
* Knowledgeable on Forbes 5 Star standards is desirable.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English
