Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service role based in Athlone. The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include assisting clients with policy queries, processing mid‑term adjustments, renewals, and quotations, and ensuring accurate documentation and record‑keeping in line with company procedures. The role involves liaising with insurers to obtain competitive terms, following up on outstanding information, and proactively updating clients on the status of their requests. The Customer Service Executive will also support the wider team with administrative tasks, contribute to process improvement, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly and respectfully.
Experience in customer‑facing roles focused on Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a related professional services environment but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence using office software systems.
Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced office setting; relevant insurance qualifications or progress toward industry certifications (e.g., APA, CIP) are an advantage not but a requirement.
