We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the purchase order process, you will be responsible for managing costs, monitoring backorders, and ensuring accurate product data.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage inventory levels, monitor stock locations, and ensure timely transportation of goods.
* Maintain accurate product information, track orders from placement through to delivery, and keep schedules aligned for both sales and warehouse teams.
* Handle customs documentation, calculate landed costs, and source competitive shipping rates.
