Director Leadership Role
We are seeking a Director to lead the development and oversight of organisational structures and resources.
About the Role
The Director will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, supporting and advising on statutory functions, managing administration, and representing the Assembly at regional, national and EU levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals
2. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes
3. Maintain effective relationships with elected public representatives and facilitate policy implementation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A senior level leadership and management record
* Good understanding of regional development from spatial planning and economic development perspectives
* Knowledge of European policies, programmes and decision-making processes
* High-level policy analysis and development skills
