Exciting new opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Cork to join a leading company as they embark on their growth journey.
The primary purpose of the role will be to support HR Operations on a day-to-day basis.
Key accountabilities include: Main point of contact for all HR related queries Support the end-to-end recruitment process Owning the Onboarding and offboarding process for all Irish based employees Supporting HR Administration ensuring employee data is updated at all times Updating policies and procedures as required Drive continuous improvement with HR processes Delivering well-being initiatives Providing HR metrics and reports as required Experience required: Third level degree qualified with experience in a similar role.
Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills and a keen eye for detail Good understanding of Irish employment law.
