Total Package: up to €50k
Duties to include:
* Monthly invoice runs in line with agreed timing (i.e. In line with Client Service Agreements)
* Working with the business ensuring timely draft invoice approvals (Including updating any necessary adjustments / revisions)
* Updating current billing system with new client fee structures / details
* Ensuring all Time-based fees are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner
* Credit control
* Debtor reporting
* Assisting in the migration to a new billing system (SAP / S4Hana)
* Escalating problem accounts to the Finance Director in a timely manner
The person:
* 2-3 years' experience working with / generating large volumes of invoices
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
* Proficient with Office 365 applications including excel
* Structured & organised approach to work
* Excellent communicator and team player
