German-speaking Business Development Specialist

As the first voice our future clients hear, you'll play a vital role in our success—laying the groundwork for strong customer relationships and new business opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to build and execute impactful prospecting strategies
* Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from our solutions
* Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across various industries, channels, and buyer personas
* Become an expert in identifying and qualifying leads that align with our ideal customer profile
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in German and English
* 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (inbound or outbound)
* A motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Curious, coachable, and eager to grow your career in SaaS sales

* 67,000 OTE in your first year (Base salary: 43,500)
