There is currently one permanent and whole-time vacancy available in Our Lady's Hospital Navan, Co Meath. A panel may be formed for Grade VI Risk Manager to fill current and future vacancies of full or part-time duration.
Purpose of the Post
The Risk Manager is responsible for managing clinical risk, including identification and avoidance of risk. The post holder will ensure systems are in place for effective management of clinical incidents through investigation processes. The Risk Manager will employ recognized investigative tools, proactively identify risks, facilitate practice change when issues are identified, and promote risk reduction.
